9ph1 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 9ph1 ("9ph1", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://9ph1.cam and all associated subdomains and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 9ph1 Platform — including its casino games, sports betting services, promotional features, payment systems, customer support channels, and all related services — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and must not create or maintain a 9ph1 account.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with 9ph1's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and 9ph1.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual to access 9ph1 services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
"Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spin winnings, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's Account under specific promotional conditions.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of Philippine Peso (PHP) funds from a Player to their 9ph1 Account via an approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR and applied by 9ph1 to all registered accounts.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming and amusement activities in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the 9ph1 website, mobile browser interface, associated APIs, and all services therein.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked prior to becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a Player's Account Balance to the Player's designated payment method.

To access 9ph1's real-money gaming and betting services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) 9ph1 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device fingerprints — is strictly prohibited. 9ph1 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Detection will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonus funds pending investigation and determination of applicable refunds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9ph1 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 9ph1 will never request your password or SMS verification code through any channel including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 9ph1 that requests this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to 9ph1 support.

9ph1 is required by PAGCOR to conduct identity verification on all accounts. Verification may be requested at any time and is mandatory prior to processing withdrawals above PAGCOR-specified thresholds. Acceptable documents include government-issued identification (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or equivalent). Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified period may have their withdrawal capabilities suspended until verification is completed.

To be eligible to register and maintain a 9ph1 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a non-negotiable requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from 9ph1 or placed on any PAGCOR exclusion register.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when registering or using the Platform.
• You must not be a PAGCOR employee, an employee of 9ph1, an immediate family member of any 9ph1 employee, or any person whose participation in real-money gaming would create a conflict of interest with their professional obligations.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

By completing the registration process and ticking the eligibility confirmation checkbox, you represent and warrant to 9ph1 that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in this clause. If at any point you cease to satisfy these requirements, you must immediately notify 9ph1 and cease use of the Platform.

You agree to use your 9ph1 Account and the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all activity conducted through your Account — including any activity that occurs as a result of your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials — complies fully with these Terms.

You agree not to use your 9ph1 Account for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a business, brokering bets on behalf of third parties, or providing access to the Platform to any person who is ineligible to hold an account. Any transaction that 9ph1 reasonably suspects to be for a commercial or third-party purpose may be suspended pending investigation.

You agree to keep your registered contact details, including your mobile number and email address, current and accurate at all times. Outdated contact information that prevents 9ph1 from delivering important account notifications, verification codes, or regulatory communications is the Player's responsibility.

9ph1 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, Metrobank Online, and selected over-the-counter options including 7-Eleven. 9ph1 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100. Maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and player account tier. Specific limits are displayed during the deposit process within your 9ph1 Account dashboard.

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been previously used for a deposit on the same account, subject to KYC verification requirements. 9ph1 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in different names, or payment methods not registered to the account holder. Withdrawal requests that cannot be matched to an eligible payment method will be held pending verification.

9ph1 targets GCash withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to twenty-four (24) hours subject to banking cut-off times. These timelines represent 9ph1's targets and are not contractual guarantees — delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system maintenance, or exceptional verification requirements may extend these times.

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering legislation and PAGCOR requirements, 9ph1 monitors all financial transactions for suspicious activity. 9ph1 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that triggers an AML flag, and to report such activity to relevant authorities as required by law. Players must not use 9ph1 for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.

9ph1 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spin credits. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the point of offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

9ph1 reserves the right to void bonus funds and withhold associated winnings from any Player reasonably suspected of engaging in bonus abuse. Behaviour that may constitute bonus abuse includes: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit low-variance game outcomes; using technical exploits to gain an unfair advantage; and participating in any coordinated scheme to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms.

9ph1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Modifications will not retrospectively affect bonuses already credited, but may affect the terms on which future bonus funds are credited under the same promotion series.

All games available on the 9ph1 Platform are subject to their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

The outcome of all 9ph1 casino games using a Random Number Generator (RNG) is determined by a certified and independently audited RNG system. 9ph1 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot and table games and represent the theoretical long-term average payout percentage — they do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game session, 9ph1 will use server-side game logs to determine the appropriate resolution. 9ph1's determination of the outcome based on server logs is final. Bets placed prior to a confirmed malfunction are settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded on 9ph1's servers.

Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with published settlement rules for each sport and market type. Settlement rules are available within the 9ph1 sportsbook. 9ph1 reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets affected by data errors, system faults, or events that contravene the published rules of the relevant sport or governing body.

9ph1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its player community. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 9ph1 Players and can be activated directly from the Account settings without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reduction of limits takes effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming effective.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated reminders can be set to notify Players when a specified session duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may activate a temporary suspension of their Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from all 9ph1 services. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and restrict access to the Platform for the chosen period.

Players who have activated a self-exclusion period must not attempt to create new accounts or use any technical means to circumvent the exclusion. Any Account found to have been created in breach of a self-exclusion order will be immediately closed and all balances will be held pending review in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 9ph1 Platform. Engaging in any of the following conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or game systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to influence game outcomes, particularly in poker or any multi-player format.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund a 9ph1 Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Laundering money or using 9ph1 for any purpose connected to illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or game errors to obtain an advantage — any winnings arising from an identifiable bug or error will be voided.
• Registering or attempting to register an Account while subject to an active self-exclusion order.

9ph1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• PAGCOR directive or regulatory requirement.
• Detection of a duplicate account in violation of Clause 3.2.
• Detection of use by a person who does not satisfy the eligibility requirements in Clause 4.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 9ph1 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated wagering winnings. Real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be refunded to the Player's last verified payment method after any applicable deductions for outstanding chargebacks or fraud-related investigations, subject to regulatory reporting obligations.

Players may also voluntarily close their 9ph1 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals will be completed prior to closure or transferred to the Player's verified payment method.

All content on the 9ph1 Platform — including but not limited to the 9ph1 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, game software, text, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 9ph1 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in any Platform content or 9ph1 intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 9ph1.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9ph1 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — even if 9ph1 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

9ph1's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or (b) Philippine Peso 10,000 (PHP 10,000).

Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by 9ph1's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of Philippine law.

9ph1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering a 9ph1 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9ph1 may share your personal data with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, and third-party service providers as required by regulation or as necessary to operate the Platform, including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and responsible gaming management systems. All such sharing is conducted in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are required to attempt resolution through 9ph1's internal dispute resolution process. Disputes may be raised by contacting 9ph1 customer support with full written details of the complaint. 9ph1 will provide a formal written response within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through 9ph1's internal process, Players may refer the matter to PAGCOR's regulatory complaints division, whose process and contact details are available on the official PAGCOR website. 9ph1 is bound to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-directed investigation.

9ph1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised with each update.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you object to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.
